In partnership with Hampshire we are now offering our highly regarded service to anyone in and around Hampshire who wishes to purchase the service for themselves, a friend or a relative.

London Borough of Barnet

The London Borough of Newham

We have worked with The London Borough of Newham, delivering telecare services since Red Alert Telecare began. The fact that we still work with Newham today is testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire Red Alert team in ensuring a high standard of work at all times.

The London Borough of Lambeth

Working in partnership with Tunstall, a major manufacturer of telecare equipment, we provide various telecare services for The London Borough of Lambeth. We have a dedicated administration team working with Lambeth to ensure that their end clients receive the best possible service.

The London Borough of Bexley

We work closely with our monitoring partner Medvivo to provide The London Borough of Bexley with a complete telecare solution, from monitoring right through to the installation of equipment. Through the ongoing work in Bexley, Red Alert is now the partner of choice for in any telecare project that falls under the Medvivo umbrella.

Thurrock Borough Council

Thurrock Borough Council are true innovators and embrace telecare as part of their overall social care service. Red Alert Telecare works closely with Thurrock to deliver many of the key components of the council’s telecare provision.

The London Borough of Bromley

The London Borough of Bromley already manages much of its own telecare service offering to residents and has an efficient and dedicated team who handle purchasing, storage, installation and administration. As telecare and telehealth equipment advances, there are certain installation when the Borough calls upon the specialist services of the Red Alert team to provide the level of expertise required.

Ashford Borough Council

Ashford Borough Council has a close working relationship with Red Alert Telecare's sister company, Red Alert Security. Red Alert Telecare's head office is in Ashford, Kent, so it made perfect sense for the Council to make use of the professional and efficient telecare service offered by one of the Borough’s resident businesses.

Docobo

Providing installation, servicing, stock control & cleaning and administration for an on behalf of Docobo for the provision of their Telehealth service. Telehealth helps patients with long-term conditions, take their vitals readings at home whilst these trends are monitored remotely by clinicians.
