Our sister company, Red Alert Telecare Ltd is currently seeking applicants for a vacancy within their administration team at Ashford.

The role entails:

  • Working closely with clients
  • Arranging appointments for installations
  • Maintenance visits and fault finding
  • Scheduling engineer visits and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow

Good communication skills, literacy and attention to detail are key. A structured approach to varying workloads and the desire to meet exacting standards are vital. A sound knowledge of excel would be a distinct advantage.
