Red Alert has a team of highly trained, professional engineers who install new equipment and maintain existing services in your clients’ homes.

Our telecare engineers are all security checked and wear a uniform with ID so your clients know exactly who they are when they arrive. It’s our policy to ensure our staff are sensitive and compassionate, and offer a friendly, jargon-free service. Once installed the engineer will show the care recipient how to use the equipment and won’t leave until they are sure the individual is happy and confident.

We provide our Telecare Engineers with regular training and professional development on new products to stay abreast of the latest technologies.
