Red Alert Telecare make the grade

Red Alert Telecare and Telehealth are accredited by the TSA (Telecare Services Association). The TSA ensures all accredited companies adhere to extremely high standards of professionalism throughout their business. Part of this process involves an annual visit from a TSA Auditor who in turn inspects every aspect of the business to ensure standards haven't slipped!

Recently Red Alert underwent the auditors visit and we are proud to announce that Red Alert Telecare and Telehealth (incorporating Red Button) passed with flying colours.
