ISO 9001 Accreditation Achieved

Congratulations to Red Alert Telecare who have achieved the Quality Management System of ISO9001. The accreditation has been awarded after lots of hard work put in by all employees who helped streamline, formalise and update the processes and procedures that are used on a day to day basis to enable the company to better adopt Quality as a standard. Preperations for this have been ongoing for the past 8 months and have seen a real focus on Quality from all departments. Well done to all.
